Self-discovery, sparked by real psychology.
Most online quizzes about your mental health or your relationship are either BuzzFeed-style entertainment ("which Disney prince matches your attachment style?") or clinical screeners hidden inside academic PDFs nobody actually finishes. Neither is what most people need.
Psyche Spark started from a simple frustration: the same instruments clinicians use — PHQ-9, GAD-7, Big Five, attachment style, four horsemen, ADHD/ASRS — are validated, well-studied, and deeply useful. But the tools to use them outside a therapist's office were either consumer-quality and shallow, or research-quality and unusable.
What we built
A self-discovery playground that takes 31 validated psychology instruments and wraps them in:
- An AI analyst that reads patterns across all your tests, not just one score in isolation.
- Couples mode — pair codes, side-by-side comparisons, and a Couple Portrait that synthesizes both partners' results.
- Three depths per test — a quick read, the standard form, or a research-grade longer instrument when you want depth.
- An honest path to a real therapist when one is needed — with AI matching that uses your specific patterns to find the right specialist, not just any therapist.
What we are not
Psyche Spark is not a diagnostic tool, not a replacement for therapy, and not a crisis resource. We're explicit about this throughout the product. Screeners surface patterns worth discussing with a clinician — only a trained professional can diagnose, evaluate context, and rule out other causes.
If you're in crisis, please reach out to professional help right now. In the US, call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
Privacy is the first principle, not a feature
Your data is encrypted and stored in your own free Puter account. Psyche Spark itself never sees raw user data on its own servers. You can export or delete everything at any time. We don't sell, share, or use your data for anything other than your own analysis. Read the full privacy policy.
